Volunteer opportunities
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!
Child Rights Connect is currently looking for volunteer translators and interpreters who are interested in gaining valuable work experience, especially in Portuguese, Arabic, Russian and Thai. As a volunteer you would interpret at meetings with our Childrens Advisory Team, our Network members, observers and/or partners which will mostly take part online. Would you like to help us in promoting children’s rights and engage in our network? Please contact us at secretariat@childrightsconnect.org
Since January 2013, according to Swiss law, only those with a valid work or student permit for Switzerland can be considered for internship positions in Geneva. Non-Swiss citizens can be issued a short-term work permit only with the proven financial support of a guarantor, who must be resident in Switzerland. Child Rights Connect can therefore only consider potential interns with a valid work or student permit for Switzerland.
